Maurice (Reese) Carr
Teaching Artist
Reese Carr is a professional drummer and producer with over 30 years of experience. He has performed at venues such as Lincoln Center and The Apollo Theater, and for the past 13 years, has been facilitating rhythm workshops for children and adults of all ages, terminally ill hospital patients, and people with various clinical disorders or special needs. Carr earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in film and video production from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
