About Changing Voices Employment

Changing Voices is a temporary and transitional employment program for system-impacted juveniles and young adults.

This 30-hour/week program works with 17-24-year-olds to provide story-writing, creative performance, and life-skills workshops to prepare ensemble members for career-oriented employment, further education, or simply to create stability for themselves or their families.

All Changing Voices participants are paid $17 per hour and commit to working with us for 8 months.
