Tamara Bills

Case Manager – Changing Voices

Tamara Bills has worked in Social Service for 25 years. Her past experiences as Career Specialist, Program Manager, and Reentry Navigator have contributed towards Tamara’s beliefs in advocacy for individuals facing barriers to employment.

Tamara is the Case Manager for the Changing Voices Program. Her focus is to align Changing Voices’ goals with the needs of its participants. This includes facilitating workshops designed to enhance cohort members’ employment-readiness-skills and connecting individuals to other supportive services.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Education and is currently pursuing a master’s in social work. Her goal is to evolve an effective proponent for individuals impacted by the justice system. Tamara is a woman of eclectic tastes. She enjoys reading and listening to audio books, watching foreign mysteries, and observing live bands. Occasionally, Tamara writes short plays for the Youth Sunday School Department at her home church, and she donates her time to feeding the homeless. Tamara believes “there is always a reason to be kind.”
