CHANGING VOICES CLINICAL SERVICES
The Changing Voices’ Case Management Team is comprised of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), therapists, and interns who use assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy to guide each youth to develop an individualized action plan to follow upon completion of the program to next step opportunities.
Through creative problem-solving and access to community resources, youth are able to work with clinical staff to ensure their needs are met.
In addition to basic needs, youth also work with staff and community partners to develop increased self-awareness and communication skills in order to work on professional teams more effectively.
